Acuerdo de servicio

Care is US$9 per month and Family is US$19 per month, unless a different price is clearly shown before checkout. Taxes may be added where required. By subscribing, you authorize the payment provider to charge the selected payment method at the start of each billing period until cancellation takes effect.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. The renewal price and included daily credits are shown before purchase. We may change future prices or benefits with advance notice required by law; a change applies no earlier than a future renewal and you may cancel before it takes effect.

Free and member daily credits are issued according to the current plan and expire on the schedule displayed by the service; unused daily credits do not roll over. Separately purchased top-up credits do not expire unless we clearly disclose otherwise before purchase. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be corrected when issued through fraud, error, refund, or charge reversal.

You may cancel at any time in Account Center. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You retain paid member benefits through that date. Deleting an account, stopping use, or removing an app does not replace the cancellation step. Keep the confirmation shown after cancellation.

Cancellation does not refund or prorate the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for unused time, unused daily credits, change of mind, or failure to use the service. This rule does not limit non-waivable rights under applicable law. We may also correct duplicate charges, billing errors, unauthorized payments confirmed after investigation, or another exceptional case we expressly approve.

For an eligible billing issue, email support@agent.pet-pedia.org with the account email, order reference, charge date, amount, and reason. Do not send full card details. A request is not approved until we or the payment provider confirm it. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.

If a renewal fails, the subscription may enter a past-due state while the provider retries payment. Already-paid benefits remain available only through the recorded current-period end. If payment is not recovered, paid benefits stop and the account returns to the free plan. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Contact support first if you do not recognize a charge. Fraudulent disputes, credit manipulation, or repeated abuse may result in suspension. A completed refund or charge reversal may remove related credits or paid access, while legitimate statutory dispute rights remain unaffected.

This Service Agreement supplements the User Agreement and Privacy Policy. If billing terms conflict with general product language, this Service Agreement controls for subscriptions and credits. Mandatory consumer law prevails where it cannot be varied by agreement.

Questions about subscriptions, cancellation, or refunds may be sent to support@agent.pet-pedia.org.
